The next morning, Samba and his troop went to the mango tree and
found many of the fruits missing. They were furious.
"Who has eaten my fruits?" asked Samba in an angry voice.
"I know who," said one of the monkeys. "Slender the Giraffe. I
saw him here yesterday. He must have eaten the fruits."
"How dare he eat my fruits!" exclaimed Samba, "I'll teach him a
lesson."
