T: Who can chant, please stand up. Let’s chant ‘Red light, red light. Stop! Stop! Stop!’
Step 2 Game
S1 raises the traffic light. The other students are the cars. They stop or wait or go according to the traffic light. When they see the red light, they say, “Red light, red light. Stop! Stop! Stop!”

Listen to the tape on p30.
Ss read after the tape.

Have a chant on p33.

Group works
One is for traffic light. One is for father. One is for child.
Post-task Activities
Step 1 Do exercises.
Have the Ss do exercises on p33 of the Workbook. Then say something about the picture.
Step 2 Learn the sounds /m/ /n/
Divide the class into two groups. One writes down the words with /m/, one writes down the words with /n/. Then read the words on the blackboard.
